About the project
We started the cooperation with Swiss start-up Kalpak Travel with marketing workshops conducted in our office in Wroclaw, which resulted in creating full Corporate Identity, including naming, and a complete marketing strategy. The website encourages users to visit not-so-popular Central Asia travel destinations with a lot of photos, posts and information about this region, which are created and updated by the Kalpak Travel team. It was necessary to make the website fully and easily editable in the CMS.

The website for Kalpak Travel was designed to be intuitive for users, keeping best UX/UI practices in mind. Our primary goal was to enable finding and booking a dream tour easily, which was the reason for creating a tour search and interactive booking system. After the website’s launch, we prepared Google AdWords and Facebook Ads campaigns. In December our marketing team optimized and coordinated two of the first Facebook Ads campaigns, which resulted in interested clients contacting the company via LiveChat built in the website. Further marketing activities included promoting Kalpak Travel in Lonely Planet ads, preparing a newsletter and a marketing roadmap.
